- Check in is 2pm and check out is 11am
- Bed Linens and Towels are not included in your stay, so please bring your own.
- Upon arrival check in with the front gate, they will need your license plate number, and number of people staying.
- Ocean Lakes charges $3 a day for parking, and will supply you with a parking tag.
- Directions to the properties will be provided by Ocean Lakes.
- Sorry but no pets are allowed.
- Smoking is only permitted outdoors (please clean up your cigarette butts)
- Please clean up the property before checking out.
- $300 security deposit is required when making your reservations. This check will be refunded back to you after 30 days, or when we determine there are no damages, no missing items, and the property is cleaned. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace items, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any will be refunded.
- All other items will be discussed with owner.
When making a reservation please have your Drivers License available for insurance purposes.
